This summer Julie Allemand will be leaving Lyon (France) to sign up with the Indiana Fever (WNBA) for her first experience in the USA. She immediately signed a multi-year contract although the actual duration hasn’t been specified. With the WNBA taking a 1-month break for the Olympics Allemand and Emma Meesseman will be available to lead our Belgian Cats to their latest summit.

In 26 games for Lyon so far this season (13 in the French regular season & 13 in the Euroleague) Allemand is averaging 8.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 5.0 apg & 1.2 spg in 28.0 mpg for a 18-8 overall record.
