Sami Demirtas signs with Charleroi. As announced, Charleroi signed a familiar face to replace the injured Samardzic. Demirtas signed a 1-month trial deal with the Spirou.

Sami Demirtas previously played (between 2016 and 2019) for the first team and the second team of Charleroi. In 2017-2018, he averaged almost 9 minutes in Euromillions Basketball League with Spirou Charleroi.

Last season he played for Limburg United. He averaged almost 13 minutes in Euromillions Basketball League last season.

This season, Demirtas was active at Guco Lier before the season was stopped in TDM1.

The point guard should already make his first appearance next Friday with Charleroi against Oostende.
