Gabriel Lundberg just signed a big contract with CSKA Moscow. He left Zielona Gora to sign with the Euroleague team. CSKA paid around 250K for him. Therefore, he will not join Denmark in the Vilnius bubble and he will not play against Belgium because he will play in Euroleague with CSKA. Sam Van Rossom will also play in Euroleague and not with Belgium, while Ismael Bako will play the first game of this bubble with the Lions. It’s not sure that Bako will play the second game.

Lundberg averaged 25.3 points in the Eurobasket Qualifiers. He scored 15 points against Belgium in February. In the first Eurobasket Qualifiers bubble, Lundberg was on fire. He scored 28 points against Lithuania and 38 (!) against Czech Republic. Most importantly, he led his country to 2 important wins. Thanks to him, Denmark is now only 1 point behind Belgium in the Group C.
