Easy win for Belgium against Finland in the Eurobasket 2021 Women Qualifier (82-47).

The Belgian Cats have won their fifth game in a row in the Eurobasket 2021 Women Qualifier, in Matosinhos, Portugal. The Belgian Cats easily defeated Finland 82-47. After a good start, thanks to Emma Meesseman, Finland reacted well in the second quarter and it was 39-32 at halftime. But in the third quarter, Finland could not stop Belgium (28-13). The Cats played an impressive fourth quarter, allowing Finland to score only 2 points ! For the Cats, Emma Meesseman recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Kim Mestdagh and Jana Raman scored 13 pts.

In the standings in the group, Belgium leads the group with 5 wins in 5 games. The Cats will now play against Portugal, Saturday at 19H00.
