It’s already the fifth season in the States for the youngster from Antwerp as he first made the step way back in 2015 when he joined Huntington Prep. The following season he then competed for Teays Valley Christian before joining Concord University in 2017. Now in his junior (3rd) season with the Mountain Lions Bea Mulumba overcame a rough start to eventually find his full groove in the second half of the season, steadily increasing his numbers. In the end he played in a total of 32 games and played 22.9 mpg. He got the starting nod in 23 games and recorded 5 double-figure scoring games, all of them coming in February. He also had 2 Double-Double games with the most impressive one coming in a loss at Fairmont St (Feb. 8) when he scored a season-high 25 pts and added a season-high 10 rebs. The following game he again played excellent and this time recorded 20 pts, 8 rebs, 5 asts & 1 stl in 27 mins in a win against Wheeling (Feb. 12).

The youngster now has one more season left in NCAA2 competition before looking to start his professional career. We wish the youngster a strong off-season and hopefully he will be able to start his final season in the same manner he finished the current season in.
