Arthur Goethals, the president of the Belgian basketball league, gave an interview to HLN where he gives his thoughts on the current situation: “The basketball season won’t start without fans. We respect all the sanitary measures, but we won’t play in empty arenas. If our capacity is limited, we can accept it. But we don’t want to be only accessible to our fans via livestream.
